The Ottawa Whiskey Jacks topped the Rio de Janeiro Jaguars, 9-1, in Fast Sim Side League action at Ballpark of Rio de Janeiro. The game was highlighted by the performance of Ottawa pitcher Chiko Paixo. With the win, Ottawa pushed its record to 77-62.

Iher Tawfiki, the 1932 Zia Sirki Award winner , had a direct impact on the outcome. Tawfiki contributed a 2-run triple in the top of the first inning to put Ottawa up, 2-0.
