Naturals Win League Championship Series
|
By a score of 5-4, the Naples Naturals have sealed a victory in the League Championship Series over the Sargodha Peregrine.
"We knew we would be in for a tough series and that's what we got," said right fielder Ayutanayi Thogulva of the Naturals, who was named the series MVP. "The Peregrine knew how to battle and gave us a good test."
The next test for Naples will come in the R World Series, after winning this series 3-1.
The Naples Naturals will play against the Oakland Stars in the next round. Oakland won their series against the Plano Rancheros 3 games to 1. The R World Series schedule will be announced after the League Championship Series finishes.
