IBL-AAA Awards Player of the Week Monday, July 10th , 2147 The Intercontinental Baseball League presented its Player of the Week Award to Adelaide Asteroids second baseman Andrew Robbins. "His numbers speak for themselves," a club publicist said. "He's been really seeing the ball well." Indeed, Robbins has. Last week he went 10 for 27, batted .370 with 2 home runs and 8 RBIs. This season Robbins has delivered 65 hits in 289 at-bats for a .225 average with 6 home runs. He is getting on base at a .287 clip and his totals also include 33 RBIs and 30 runs scored. This year Robbins has played in 81 games. |
