ABL-AAA's #1 Batter Chosen Tuesday, August 1st , 2147 Even though he is a newcomer to WBA Triple A, Yoshihito Sekine put up some good numbers in July and earned the ABL-AAA Batter of the Month award. He was one of Grand Rapids's offensive leaders with a .305 average in 23 games. He also racked up 6 home runs, 18 RBIs, and 11 runs scored. This year Sekine is batting .251 with 84 hits and 15 home runs. He has scored 46 times and has batted in 55 runs. |
