Week's #1 Player Honored by IBL-AAA Monday, August 28th , 2147 Matthew Madden went on a week-long tirade against the Intercontinental Baseball League pitchers and was acclaimed the Player of the Week. The Marseille shortstop was hot as a firecracker, exploding with a .409 average, 2 home runs and 9 RBIs. For the week Madden bashed out 9 hits in 22 at-bats and scored 4 runs. Thus far this season Madden has hit .253 with 6 home runs, 27 RBIs and scored 20 times. |
