Yao Earns IBL-A's Best Pitcher Honor Thursday, June 1st , 2147 The Pitcher of the Month for May has been picked and the Intercontinental Baseball League award went to Multan hurler, Zhi-peng Yao. During the month, Yao was impressive with a 2.31 ERA and 5 wins and no losses. In 46.2 innings he struck out 62 and gave up 43 hits and 11 walks. This season Yao has compiled a 7-2 record with a 2.34 ERA in 10 starts. |
