Jubilee Off to the Playoffs Sunday, September 3rd , 2147 Galveston Jubilee fans had reason to rejoice tonight, as the team is heading to the WBA Single A playoffs. With a record of 79-46, Galveston is guaranteed a spot in the postseason, although it remains to be officially decided whether or not that's as Americas Baseball League North American Division champions or in a wild card position. "We have fantastic fans and it feels good to give them something to cheer about," said starting pitcher Dermott Fry. "Hopefully there's a lot more celebrating to come." |
