Americas Baseball League Announces August's Top Pitcher Friday, September 1st , 2147 Last month was a very successful month for Luis Rey of Mackinac. So successful that he has been honored as the Pitcher of the Month in the Americas Baseball League. Rey shut down league hitters in fine fashion, rounding out August with an impressive 4-1 mark and 2.65 ERA in 5 starts with 34 strikeouts in 37.1 innings. Currently Rey has a 15-5 won-lost record in 25 starts with a 2.42 ERA. He also has 178 strikeouts in 186.1 innings. |
