This thread will keep track of teams on pace to lose cash to the league cash maximum rule each season and the amount they are currently forecast to lose. Owners who would like to make offers for the cash should do so whenever they want. This thread's purpose is to make sure that every league owner is aware of the teams who are in this situation so that the trades will better reflect actual market value for the cash.
