This is the thread for all discussion of offseason activities during the 2138-2139 offseason.  This first post will be updated throughout the offseason and will also include links to other threads or amendment votes that come up during this time. We are preparing for the WBA's 40th season. The offseason will follow the usual DAILY sims.

Sim to 4/3/2139 is complete. Next sim is Wednesday 8/17. NEXT SIM IS OPENING DAY, GET YOUR ROSTERS RIGHT OR BE SHAMED AND AUTO-ORGANIZED.
