Ottowa sends $53 million.

Mumbai sends all tradeable picks -- 2126 rounds 3, 4, 5. All five rounds in 2127.

Teams are okay with all starting cash from Ottawa moving now and the rest being moved midseason if that is easier for commish.

Per commish, we need to split this into two deals.

$30m now for the 2126 picks. $23m later for the 2127 picks.
