Black Forest sends SP Waso Kagame (Double-A) to Santo Domingo.

Santo Domingo sends Black Forest a third-round pick in the next rookie draft (the pick that originally belonged to Rome).

Black Forest has a history of sending young, up-and-coming superstars to Santo Domingo (like Cheslav Zamorov and Yoshida Kamuta), so Waso Kagame should be jumping for joy.  His career is about to skyrocket.
