Can you slot Olival into the empty rotation slot and Cisneiros into the open slots in my lineup playing SS?

Since OOTP won’t do retained salaries like that we are changing the salaries aspect to this:

Rome retains 25% of salaries

Rome sends $1.25 million cash

São Paulo sends pitchers Hernandez and Zhao
