Oslo sends 3B Phil Young to Rio, retaining 50% of his salary. Rio retains 50% of the remaining salary (or 25% of the total, I don't know how OOTP does it - should be $3.25m per season or $6.5m total) and sends Young to Melbourne.

Melbourne sends Melbourne's 2144 3rd to Oslo, and SP Adelmo Herman (R) plus Nairobi's 2143 3rd plus Melbourne's 2144 5th to Rio.
