The player and free agent preview is the same as from the ABL, of course, with worldwide free agency the name of the game in the WBA. So here are the current predicted standings for the IBL.

Really? We just got better OOTP. Not sure how they came up with that. But I guess the IBL is strong this year.

It's not OOTP, it's my spreadsheet. So two things. First, it relies on displayed ratings whereas OOTP runs its preseason predictions using the hidden actual ratings. Second, it has been pretty inaccurate in the past sometimes.

Yes, although I will say in its defense you were 10 games above your pythagorean record.

But, if my spreadsheet was perfect I would be the 10-time defending WBA champion. :D

Yeah Rome last year was basically the 2016 Texas Rangers in terms of Pythagorean overperforming.

Pythagorean just can't measure a team's heart or how clutch they are.

Like I said, heart, as in too big of a heart which leads to injuries while chasing down muggers.
