The Karachi Falcons beat the Oslo Voyageurs, 8-6, at OsloDome. Karachi third baseman Tokimasa Nakada, who is tied for 7th in the IBL in triples with 1, collected 2 singles and 1 double with 2 RBI. Reliever Chang Ming picked up the win. His record improves to 1-2. Mujtaba Mahmud Khel, who finished 2nd in the IBL in innings pitched with 229.0 last year, took the loss. The Falcons, now 3-16, have not found much traction so far in 2155.

Who knows how it might've ended, had it not been for Jorge Rodríguez? The Karachi second baseman had a run-scoring double in the top of the eighth inning to put the Falcons on top, 5-4. For the game, Rodríguez had 1 double and 1 single in 4 at-bats.

"You can't get too high when things go well, or too low when things go bad. Right now, I'm just happy we got the win," Nakada told the Karachi Times.
