The Havana Dolphins defeated the Chicago Beefs, 7-5, at Beefs Stadium. Leading the charge for Havana was third baseman Justin Capel. He went 4-5 with a double and 3 singles. He scored 3 runs. The triumph makes Havana 15-6, as the team begins another long trek toward the playoffs in 2155.

Eudaldo Eslava was 1-4 with a double and a walk for Havana. The three-time Defender of the Year Award winner had a key at-bat in the top of the seventh. With two out and the bases loaded, he broke a 3-3 tie with a run-scoring walk off Esteban Martínez. It was his 4th walk of the season.

"We were able to get some things going offensively," said Capel.
