The Rio de Janeiro Jaguars stopped the Santo Domingo Palmchats, 9-6, at Rio de Janeiro Grounds. The Jaguars got a big game from Jaime López, who went 3-5 with a home run and 2 doubles, while scoring 3. Luis Gutiérrez was called on to finish, recording his 5th save. Rio de Janeiro, now 17-9, has played well in the early going.
