Cairo turned a fine outing from starter Ciro Galasso into a victory over the Rome Generals at The Colosseum. The final score was 3-0. Carlos Mitchinson finished to wrap up his 5th save. Cairo goes to 13-13.

Yuki Sugano, who was drafted in the 2nd round of the 2150 draft, had a direct impact on the outcome. Sugano contributed a 2-run double in the top of the third inning to put Cairo up, 3-0.
