Rome Generals starter Naomi Matsunaga pitched well against the Karachi Falcons at The Colosseum, leading his team to a win, 6-3. Lúcio Caso earned the save, his 8th. The Falcons drop to 9-17, as their stumbling start to the 2151 season continues.
Badal Unmesh, who finished 3rd in the IBL in OPS with 1.033 in 2148, chipped in a run-scoring single for Rome in the bottom of the sixth. For the game, the right fielder had 2 hits in 4 at-bats with 1 home run, 1 single, 1 run scored, and 3 RBI.
