Coqui Use Late Rally to Win 4th Straight
Starting pitcher Manuel Rivera was a major factor in the 4-2 Puerto Rico Coqui triumph over the Sao Paulo Toucans. Amadeu Feyst claimed the win after being brought in from the bullpen. The right-hander allowed no runs on no hits in 2 innings. His record stands at 2-0. With the loss, Sao Paulo falls to 11-16.

Samir bin Umar, who is tied for 10th in the ABL in home runs with 4, helped out the Puerto Rico cause in the bottom of the sixth inning with a 2-run double. For the game, the center fielder went 1-3 with a double. He drove in 2 runs.

"We're stringing together some nice wins," said Puerto Rico manager Kir By.
