Vaive Hits 2 home runs in Fitzies Win
A 4-RBI performance from Glen Vaive, the 5th overall pick in the 2149 draft, helped the Tokyo Fitzies beat the Melbourne Meteors, 9-7. Britt Leonard earned the save for Tokyo, his 28th of the year. With the win, Tokyo goes to 51-35, while the Meteors fall to 40-46.

With Tokyo leading 2-1 in the bottom of the third, Vaive hit a fastball from Christian Lee for a 3-run home run. It was his 8th home run of the season and put the Fitzies ahead, 5-1.

"Our approach was just to try to see something over the plate and be aggressive," Vaive told the Tokyo Citizen.
