The Rome Generals beat the Black Forest Foxes by a score of 5-4. Rome left fielder Edgardo Román deserved the lion's share of the credit. Román was 2-3 with a home run and a walk, while scoring 2 runs and driving in 2 for the Generals. With the win, Rome raised its record to 18-18.
