Hasegawa Now 6-6 After Subduing Blue Gills
|
The Havana Dolphins got a stellar performance from pitcher Yoshifusa Hasegawa, who handcuffed the Detroit offense en route to a win, 7-1, at El Estadio Latinoamericano. The first-place Dolphins, at 53-37, lead the Americas Baseball League Latin American Division by 3½ games.
Hasegawa allowed no runs on 3 hits over 7 innings for Havana. With the win, the southpaw is 6-6 with an ERA of 2.88.
"It's a mindset," said Hasegawa. "Just trying to do your job, trying to be consistent."
