Jaguars Prevail, 5-3, Over Puerto Rico
The Rio de Janeiro Jaguars topped the Puerto Rico Coqui, 5-3, in Americas Baseball League action at Rio de Janeiro Grounds. The game was highlighted by the performance of Rio de Janeiro pitcher In-kwon Yun. The setback makes Puerto Rico 49-44.

Ray Johnson had a big 2-run double for the Jaguars in the bottom of the third inning. With Rio de Janeiro leading 2-0 and runners on 2nd and 3rd, he got a fastball from Wendel Lippelt, who finished 5th in the IBL in wins with 16 in 2152, and swatted a double to right. It was his 17th double of the season, and more importantly, it put the Jaguars ahead, 4-0.

"That was a really good outing by In-kwon," said Rio de Janeiro manager Echo 127.
