Karachi Charts 3-2 Win Over Black Forest
|
Fans witnessed a whale of a game between the Karachi Falcons and Black Forest Foxes.
In a low-scoring clash between Karachi and Black Forest, pitcher Bao-tian Li was a difference-maker. The right-hander earned praise for his performance in the 3-2 Falcons win. Cédric Roche nailed down the save.
David Grillo came through with a big-time hit for Karachi. The right fielder smacked a 2-run home run in the top of the ninth inning to give his team the lead, 3-1. It was his only hit, but it was clutch.
"We found a way to get it done," Li said.
The Falcons now have a record of 49-53.
