The Palmchats grabbed a win, 4-2, at El Estadio Latinoamericano, overcoming a fine effort from Havana pitcher Syed Suhrawardi. Suhrawardi went 6 innings and allowed no runs. Santo Domingo has now won 4 straight, while the Dolphins have lost 3 in a row.

Damian England hit a bases-clearing triple off Ernest Davis in the top of the eighth, which put the Palmchats in front, 3-2. In addition to the triple, England had 1 single and 1 walk, while going 2 for 3.
