Fitzies Win with Late Heroics
Thanks in large part to catcher Alois Felbiger, the Tokyo Fitzies clipped the Daegu Monks, 6-5, in 11 innings. Felbiger was 2-3 with a home run and 2 walks, while scoring 2 times and driving in 2. With the win, Tokyo upped its record to 61-47.

The game was decided with one out in the bottom of the 11th. With Tokyo trailing 5-4, Felbiger jumped on a changeup from 35-year old right-handed pitcher Dodek Wolotka and hit a 2-run home run to right. With one swing, the Fitzies had a walk-off win.

"This game had its share of tense moments," Felbiger said, postgame.
