Coqui Earn Win with Late Rally
Jason Endacott did all he could to help his team win. In the end, though, it wasn't enough to spare the Rio de Janeiro Jaguars an extra-inning, 5-4 loss to the Puerto Rico Coqui at Ballpark of San Juan. Endacott went 3 for 4 with a home run, 2 singles, and a walk. Igoryok Faktorovich snagged the win in relief. He goes to 5-8 on the season. Luis Gutiérrez suffered the loss. After today's action, Puerto Rico sits at 63-53, while Rio de Janeiro falls to 64-52.

The Coqui got a clutch hit from third baseman Ayman bin Moosa. In the bottom of the tenth, he delivered a run-scoring single to win the game for the Coqui.

"This joint was rocking," said bin Moosa.
