The Oslo Voyageurs got a good effort from starter Mujtaba Mahmud Khel in defeating the Daegu Monks at Monks Stadium. The final score was 7-2. The first-place Voyageurs, at 71-49, lead the Intercontinental Baseball League Afro-European Division by 8½ games.

Mahmud Khel tossed 127 pitches over 9 innings to clinch the win for the Voyageurs. The left-hander allowed just 2 hits, while racking up 12 strikeouts in the game.
