Mexico City turned a good performance from starting pitcher Jin-u Kim into a 5-2 triumph over the Santo Domingo Palmchats at Ballpark of Mexico City. Mexico City is now 73-48, 2½ games up in the Americas Baseball League North American Division.
Jeremy Brice hit a bases-clearing double off Johannes Nieminen in the bottom of the sixth, which put the Aztecs in front, 3-2. In addition to the double, Brice had 1 single, while going 2 for 4.
