The Black Forest Foxes faced a tough opponent in Tokyo pitcher Cosmo Laureano, but did just enough to pull out the victory at The Den by a final score of 5-2. Laureano went 5 innings and allowed 1 run. Black Forest reliever Reda Basim picked up the win, upping his record to 5-3. Hwen-thiang Liang absorbed the loss.
