Sao Paulo Makes Chicago 4-2 Losers
The Sao Paulo Toucans dealt the Chicago Beefs a 4-2 loss at Beefs Stadium. Tirto Subandrio, who is tied for 8th in the ABL in stolen bases with 43, was the star on offense. He went 3 for 5 with a home run, a triple, and a double, while scoring 2 times and driving in 3. Jihad bin Ghazi, who went 7 innings, was the winning pitcher. He was charged with 1 run on 4 hits, while walking 2 and striking out 5. His record now stands at 11-12. With the win, Sao Paulo pushed its record to 70-66.

With Sao Paulo leading 2-0 in the top of the fourth, Subandrio hit a fastball from La`nh Vu for a 2-run triple. It was his 4th triple of the season and put the Toucans ahead, 4-0.
