Palmchats Get Thrilling 4-3 Win
Palmchats fans were sent into a frenzy with a walk-off win.

Santo Domingo starter Kent Martin pitched well against the El Paso Thunderbirds at Estadio Santo Domingo. The right-hander led his team to a win, 4-3, in 12 innings. Almas bin Abbud notched the win in relief. The right-hander allowed no runs on no hits in 1.1 innings. His record now sits at 2-2.

The decisive blow was delivered by Rory Bullock in the bottom of the 12th when he hit a run-scoring double off 28-year old left-handed pitcher Bennie Terry to win the game for Santo Domingo. The home crowd went nuts.

El Paso manager AP MP said he was "mildly disappointed" with the loss. "We had our opportunities, but we didn't take advantage of them," he said.

The last-place Palmchats hiked their record to 60-77.
