David Grillo said "it felt like taking batting practice" at Monks Stadium, and it showed in the box score. The Karachi right fielder had a fantastic 5-for-6 day against the Daegu Monks, leading his club to victory, 19-3.

"I was seeing the ball very well and it was going just about anywhere I wanted," Grillo said later."

David Grillo doubled in the 1st, doubled in the 2nd, flied out in the 4th, hit an RBI single in the 6th, singled in the 8th and hit an RBI single in the 9th.
