Starting pitcher Tony Gutiérrez was a major factor in the 5-2 Havana Dolphins triumph over the Puerto Rico Coqui. The Dolphins now have a mark of 84-59.

It could have been a different outcome for Havana, had it not been for Abdul-Wahhab bin Idris, the two-time All-Star . bin Idris contributed a 2-run home run in the top of the third inning to put Havana up, 3-0.

"Tony did what Tony does," said Havana manager Dan Farnell.
