Black Forest took on Oslo in front of a lively crowd.

The Black Forest Foxes knocked off the Oslo Voyageurs, 12-8, at OsloDome. Ewan Brouard was a big reason Black Forest won. The third baseman was 3-5 with a home run and 2 singles, while scoring 2 times and driving in 2. The winner was Pablo Miranda in relief. His record improves to 2-0. Eric Lamb took the loss.

Beijing, China-born Jing Shih came through in the clutch. In the top of the seventh, with the bases loaded and the Foxes trailing 4-3, he hit a 2-run single to right-center to put Black Forest on top.

"Nice to tuck this win away," said Shih.

The loss makes Oslo 88-61.
