Streaking Jaguars Win Another One, 9-5
The Rio de Janeiro Jaguars downed the Puerto Rico Coqui, 9-5, the largest share of the credit belonging to third baseman Jaime López. On the day, López was 2 for 3 with a home run, a double, and a walk, while scoring 2 times and driving in 3 for the Jaguars. With their winning streak at 6, the Jaguars have raced to a strong start this season.

In the bottom of the sixth, the Jaguars grabbed the lead when López hit his 1st home run of the season. The 2-run home run off Gia-Long Hoang made it 6-5, Rio de Janeiro.
