Karachi and Cairo got after it at Pharaohs Ballpark.

Karachi parlayed a decent outing from starter Susumu Okamoto into a solid win over the Cairo Pharaohs. The final score was 6-2. Karachi is 28-31 and Cairo, with the loss, 30-29.

With Karachi leading 3-2 in the top of the sixth, Okamoto hit a run-scoring single off Cairo hurler Ciro Galasso. It was the 3rd hit of the season for Okamoto and put his team ahead, 4-2.

"Susumu can overpower you," said Karachi manager Slu Baseball.
