Monks Rally Late to Nip Falcons
The Daegu Monks earned a close win over the Karachi Falcons, thanks in part to Giacomo Cafagna. The Daegu right-hander played a key role in the 11-inning, 3-2 victory. Wilson Caimol, credited with the win in relief, is now 1-0. He allowed no runs on no hits in 2 innings. The win takes Daegu to 3-4.

Daegu needed the clutch hitting of Allam Amin to seal the deal. The third baseman swatted a solo home run in the top of the 11th inning to put the Monks on top, 3-2. For the game, Amin had 1 home run and 1 single in 5 at-bats.

"Our team showed some resilience," said Cafagna.
