The Havana Dolphins topped the Chicago Beefs, 4-1, in Americas Baseball League action at Beefs Stadium. The game was highlighted by the performance of Havana pitcher Syed Suhrawardi. Havana now has a record of 39-30 with the win.

Abdul-Wahhab bin Idris came through with a big-time hit for Havana. The first baseman smacked a 3-run home run in the top of the seventh inning to give his team the lead, 4-1. It was his only hit, but it was clutch.

"I still think this team can play even better," bin Idris told the Havana News.
