Pierre Levasseur imposed his will on the Fleur-de-Lis from the get-go. Relying mainly on his curveball, the left-hander spearheaded the 6-1 Rome triumph. Levasseur yielded 1 run over 7.1 innings to notch the win. He scattered 5 hits, walked 1, and struck out 6. His record improves to 3-7. The setback makes Paris 32-37.
