Champion, Beefs Wallop Aztecs in Game 6 of DS
The Chicago Beefs and the Mexico City Aztecs will take the Divisional Series to a decisive 7th game. In a must-win situation, the Beefs beat the Aztecs, 7-1, at Ballpark of Mexico City to force the series into what will essentially be a one-game playoff. Chicago catcher Adrien Champion went 2 for 4 with 2 home runs.

Rodrige Siqueira provided a timely hit. The Chicago second baseman delivered a 2-run triple in the top of the sixth inning to put the Beefs on top, 3-1. It was his only hit in the game, but he made it count.

Siqueira called the win "a lesson in teamwork."

The next game is set to be played tomorrow at Ballpark of Mexico City in Mexico City.
