Host Dolphins Drop Pivotal Game 5, Now Trail Series 3-2

Game 5 was big. So was José Torres.
The Rio de Janeiro starter rose to the occasion at El Estadio Latinoamericano, leading the Jaguars to a crucial 3-2 victory over the Havana Dolphins. Torres threw 5.0 innings of shutout ball as the Jaguars won on the road to seize a 3-2 lead in the best-of-7 Divisional Series.
Leo Brooks, who finished 5th in the ABL in RBI with 103 in 2152, had a direct impact on the outcome. Brooks contributed a 2-run single in the top of the first inning to put Rio de Janeiro up, 2-0.
"I tell our guys all the time, 'Every pitch is the right pitch if you put it in the right place, you believe in it and have conviction,'" Rio de Janeiro manager Echo 127 said.
The next game is set to be played for Tuesday, October 15th , 2154 at Rio de Janeiro Grounds in Rio de Janeiro.
