Oslo Wins at Home to Take 4-3 Lead in WBACS
Riding the 4-hit performance of catcher José Santana, the Oslo Voyageurs stopped the visiting Rio de Janeiro Jaguars, 7-2, in Game 7 of the WBA Championship Series. Santana went 4 for 4 with 2 doubles and 2 singles. He scored 2 runs for the Voyageurs, who now lead the best-of-9 series, 4 games to 3.

Rúbem Lencastre hit a run-scoring double off Apasanka Shally in the bottom of the third, which put the Voyageurs in front, 2-1. In addition to the double, Lencastre had 1 single, while going 2 for 5.

"If you pitch well, you give yourself some opportunities," said Oslo manager Marq Ualler.

Game 8 is scheduled for Wednesday at Rio de Janeiro Grounds in Rio de Janeiro.
