Palmchats Improve to 6-4 with 5-1 Win
Palmchats center fielder Elwiin Ottenhof put his stamp on his team's 5-1 win over the Chicago Beefs. Ottenhof went 3-4 with 3 singles. He scored 3 times for Santo Domingo in the contest. Chicago, with the loss, is still a robust 8-2.

The Palmchats got a big at-bat from left fielder Jack Mitchell. For the game, Mitchell was 1 for 5 with a double. In the bottom of the fifth, with runners on 1st and 2nd, he stroked a run-scoring double. His 3rd double of the season gave Santo Domingo a 2-1 lead.

"I think it speaks for itself, I think we came out and we played our kind of baseball," said Ottenhof.
