Rome's Ogura IBL Star of the Week Monday, September 15th , 2138 It was announced today that Rome third baseman Yujiro Ogura was selected the Intercontinental Baseball League Player of the Week Award for his superb play last week. During the week he compiled a .455 batting average (10-for-22) with 1 home run, 6 runs batted in and scored 3 runs. Ogura has a .264 average and a .328 on-base percentage for the year.
