To win the best player honor the 23-year-old Houston hurler tossed a total of 17 innings, collecting 2 wins, 21 strikeouts and a 0.00 earned run average. He suffered no losses. Thus far this season Sánchez has posted a 6-6 record, started 17 games, struck out 157 batters in 114.1 innings and compiled a 2.28 ERA. |
