Regras Selected Top Player Monday, July 14th , 2138 A red-hot bat made Severiano Regras the obvious choice for this week's Americas Baseball League Player of the Week. The Santiago left fielder laid down some numbers that no one else could match, including a .591 average on 13 hits in 22 at-bats, 3 home runs, 6 RBIs, and 10 runs scored. Say no more ... he got the award. So far this season Regras is hitting .281 with 12 home runs, 51 RBIs and 52 runs scored. He has 92 hits in 327 at-bats and a .364 OBP. |
