Dannemmarck Boosts Hit Streak to 25 Games Sunday, July 20th , 2138 The hot bat of Castles third baseman Rodrigo Dannemmarck continues to churn out hit after hit, game after game. His consecutive-game hitting streak now numbers 25 games after he went 2-for-4 in today's 6-2 loss to the Asteroids at Adelaide Sporting Grounds. "I'm trying not to think about it much," he said later. "I don't want to mess with whatever zone I'm in." Rodrigo Dannemmarck singled in the 1st, grounded out in the 3rd, flied out in the 6th and singled in the 9th. This season Dannemmarck is batting .346 with no home runs. |
